Fanatics Collect Introduces New Buy Now Marketplace

Fanatics Collect has unwrapped its latest offering to the card-collecting community by revealing a new Buy Now marketplace. This fresh feature comes packed with tantalizing benefits for sellers, primarily revolving around simplified fees that promise to boost their earnings while bringing joy to collectors.

Sellers can now revel in a revamped fee structure that spells profit. The new system boasts a mere 6% fee for listings that are sold for under $120, undoubtedly placing it among the most competitive rates in the industry. This change marks the retirement of the previous 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission fees, effectively putting more money back into the pockets of the sellers.

Not only is the fee structure more seller-friendly, but it also ensures that sellers earn as much on sales of $120 or more as they did previously. The highlight of this update is the potential for sellers to rake in up to 94% of the listing price for sales under $119.99, a significant improvement from the previous cap of 85%. This financial facelift is a direct response to enhancing the immediate benefits for sellers, with all existing listings seamlessly transitioning to the new fee structure without necessitating any alterations to prices.

The revamped Buy Now marketplace has been meticulously redesigned to elevate the discoverability of cards, slash listing times, and streamline fees, all based on valuable insights gleaned from both collectors and sellers. By bidding adieu to the 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission, sellers are now nudged towards creating listings priced more competitively, thereby enriching the array of options available to buyers in terms of diversity and quality.

To ensure a level playing field, listings priced more than 20% above fair market value will incur a slightly heftier 15% seller’s fee instead of the standard 6%. Moreover, the removal of the previous $3 minimum fee for Buy Now sales grants sellers the liberty to list their items for as low as a mere 50 cents, enabling them to cater to a broader range of budgets and preferences.

Speed enthusiasts will especially relish the accelerated pace of transactions facilitated by the Buy Now marketplace. As soon as collectors make a purchase through the Fanatics Collect app, payment is swift, allowing sellers to promptly receive their earnings while buyers swiftly expand their collections.

For sellers who are not on board with the new fee structure, fret not. They retain the autonomy to delist their items at any point in time. Assistance is readily available through dedicated sales representatives or the attentive Collector Experience team, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved parties.

The introduction of the Buy Now marketplace stands as a cornerstone of the Fanatics Collect debut, aimed at enhancing the overall experience for collectors engaged in both buying and selling. Dive into the renewed marketplace today and leverage the streamlined, reduced fees to maximize your earnings on every single sale!
